How the founder’s platform handles subscriptions, enquiries and AI conversations.
What we collect
When you subscribe to field notes or request product updates, we store your email, the selected product interests, a source identifier and the time you submitted the request. This is used only to manage your expressed interest.
How we use it
We do not sell your details. You can ask to remove your details or withdraw your interest by emailing Hello@m7md.co.uk. The site can send transactional confirmations through an email provider. Marketing messages are separate and require appropriate consent.
Ask Simsim AI conversations
When Ask Simsim is enabled and you send a question, your text and limited chat context are sent to an AI provider to generate a response. The site does not save chat transcripts in its database. To reduce abuse, it temporarily stores a pseudonymous rate-limit identifier and request time. Please do not share sensitive personal information, passwords or private documents with the assistant. The feature remains unavailable until its secure provider connection is enabled.
Protected founder administration
Only the authorised founder can access submitted enquiry details through the private admin dashboard. Authentication uses short-lived secure cookies and rate-limited sign-in attempts.
Your choices
You can use the site without giving an email. Systems/Flow mode and Light/Dark appearance preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. You can clear them in browser settings.
